UCSV 1.1.0 released

Version 1.1.0 of my JavaScript CSV library, UCSV is now available. Version 1.1.0 adds support for use as a CommonJS module. This allows UCSV to be used as a library in (Jetpack) Add-ons for Mozilla and should also allow use in Node.js projects. This feature was suggested by Colin Keenan who also discovered the bug fixed in the recent 1.0.3 release.
